These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

  1. The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) only aged 18 years or over. Proof of age and residence may be required.
  2. The promotion excludes employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, employees of Sky UK Limited and anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
  3. Internet access, compatible device, Carling Tap App and a valid email address or a mobile telephone number are required.
  4. To enter the promotion, entrants must purchase a promotional pack of Carling lager, Carling cider or Carling Citrus Twist lager labelled ‘Win Premier League Prizes Every Day’, download the Carling Tap App (on Android or iOS available at Google Play Store and the App Store), then using the Carling Tap App, scan the front of the Carling can or bottle from a promotional pack to be automatically entered into the promotion for a chance to win a prize.
  5. Daily Entry: The daily promotion opens on 01/07/2017 and closes on 30/09/2017 (the “Daily Entry Period”).
  6. Daily Entry Period prize winners will be the first to enter at pre-determined winning time slots “winning moments” (defined to the date, hour, minute and second) spread throughout each day of the Daily Entry Period. There are 11,642 (eleven thousand six hundred and forty-two) winning moments randomly spread throughout the Daily Entry Period.
  7. Final Draw: The final draw entry period opens on 01/10/2017 and closes on 31/12/2017 (the “Final Draw Entry Period”) for 1 (one) final draw which will take place on 05/01/2018 (“Final Draw”). Entries received after the Final Draw Entry Period will not be eligible for entry into the Final Draw.
  8. A minimum of ten (10) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries made during the Final Draw Entry Period by an automatically computer generated randomly drawn programme.
  9. Maximum of one (1) entry per person per day permitted during the Daily Entry Period and during the Final Draw Entry Period.
  10. Prize Redemption: Daily Entry Period winners will be notified of their win instantly via the Carling Tap App. Final Draw Winners will be notified of their win within 7 (seven) days via the Carling Tap App. A prize voucher will be added to the entrant’s Carling Tap ‘wallet’ section of the App and winners will be asked to redeem their voucher by inputting details such as their telephone number, email address, delivery address etc.  dependent upon the nature of the prize.  If prize winners do not redeem voucher and provide requested details within 2 (two) weeks (shown as the expiry date of the voucher), this will result in their prize being forfeited and the prize being re-entered into the prize pool.  The Promoter accepts no liability for incorrect information provided by the winner. Non-winners will not be contacted.  
  11. There are a minimum of ten (10) prizes available for the Final Draw. The Final Draw does not include Sky Q or NOW TV prizes.
  12. Entrants from Northern Ireland may alternatively enter the promotion without purchase by texting WINTHELEAGUE to 84988 during the Daily Entry Period and the Final Draw Entry Period to be automatically entered into the promotion for a chance to win a prize. Entrants will instantly receive a text message informing them whether they have won a prize. Entrants must download the Carling Tap App (available from Google Play or Apple App Store) as winning text messages will contain a link to the Carling Tap App for winners to use to sign in using their mobile telephone number.
  13. Prizes: The prizes available are:
  • 12 x Sky Q packages for a year with a 43” UHD TV. Each prize package consists of 1 x Sky Q TV subscription for 12 months including 1 x Sky Q complete bundle TV package including Sky Sports and Sky Cinema, 1 x 43” UHD LG TV, 1 x Sky Q Multiscreen subscription, free standard installation and engineer set up provided by Sky and the loan by Sky of 1 x Sky Q 2TB box and 1 x Sky Q mini box (it is recommended that no more than 4 Sky Q minis are connected). Winners will redeem their voucher through the Carling Tap App as described in paragraph 10 above. Winners will then receive a telephone call or email from the Promoter within 5 working days of their win to accept the prize. The Promoter will then pass on the winner’s details to Sky for Sky to administer the Prize.  Sky Q installations currently average a 28 day waiting period. All other SKY Q package elements (including the TV) will be delivered by Sky to the winner within 28 days.  New 12-month Sky Q TV subscription contract required. Existing Sky customers’ SKY TV subscriptions must come to an end prior to the new Sky Q TV subscriptions commencing. Winners must obtain all necessary consents (e.g. landlord consent) prior to installation. Winners must redeem the Sky Q package within 1 year from redeeming their voucher pursuant to paragraph 10 above. Winners within a current pay-tv contract with another provider may defer their Sky Q package for a maximum of 12 months from the date of redeeming their voucher. Failure to redeem the Sky Q package within 12 months from the date of voucher redemption may result in forfeiture of the prize. Winners with previous uncleared debt with Sky must fully clear the debt prior to receiving the Sky Q package. Sky reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the prize if a winner or a party authorised by the winner to act on their behalf, threatens or abuses a Sky employee or otherwise conducts themselves in a manner that Sky reasonably regards as inappropriate, offensive or unlawful.  Winners will own the Sky dish. Winners must return the SKY Q box, the Sky Q Mini and all other Sky Q kit to Sky when the subscription contract ends (for whatever reason whether the subscription terminates or when the winner leaves Sky, whichever is earlier).   • 92 x 4 x Premier League Football match tickets. Each prize consists of 1 (one) set of 4 (four) match tickets. Games/clubs selected by winners from a list of Premier League matches via the Carling Tap App. Winners must claim their prize pursuant to paragraph 10, fill out the requested details on the voucher in their Carling Tap App wallet and select the fixture they would like to attend from a list of up to the next available 10 fixtures within the Carling Tap App within 2 (two) weeks (this two-week period is shown as the expiry date on the voucher). Alternative matches are not available for winners unable to attend any of the matches from the match list. Away games are not available for selection. Once a fixture has been chosen and tickets are allocated to the winner, the chosen fixture cannot be changed.  ‘Hi Mum! Said Dad’ and XSEM (agencies that work on behalf of the Promoter) fulfil the award of the Premier League tickets. Winners’ personal details will be passed to these agencies by the Promoter in order to fulfil the prize. Winners will receive an email or call from XSEM within two (2) weeks of selecting their fixture to confirm the fixture selection and to arranging delivery of the tickets. Tickets will be delivered to addresses in the UK by recorded delivery service.  Tickets will be sent to arrive at least 2 (two) days before the Premier League Fixture. If XSEM cannot contact you within reasonable measures over the following 14 (fourteen) days after tickets have been claimed, your chosen football tickets will no longer be available for you to receive. XSEM will endeavour to contact you by phone and email, dependent on which contact details you have provided.  Tickets may be made available for collection at the stadium where the relevant match will take place if the tickets are unable to arrive by post before the match takes place. If you are required to collect your ticket at the stadium, you will be notified of any specific collection arrangements. The prize may be passed on to friends or relatives once you have chosen your fixture and received your physical tickets. You will still be held responsible to the fullest extent permitted by law for any actions involving the use of the tickets by the transferee. Tickets cannot be sold or exchanged for cash. The terms and conditions apply equally to transferees as though they were the original prize winner. You cannot change any tickets that have already been allocated as the prize. Entry to the Premier League stadiums is subject to normal conditions of ticket entry. All tickets are “home” tickets and you must be a home or neutral supporter to attend the match. Away fans are not permitted in the “home” section of a Premier League stadium. Winners are subject to screening by Premier League football clubs ("Clubs") based on their conditions of entry and Promoter is not liable if the winner or any person accompanying the winner is refused entry because the winner does not meet these conditions. Each ticket is issued by the relevant Club subject to the terms and conditions of entry, which are available from the Club and will be provided to the winner with the prize. The use of a ticket to enter a Club's stadium constitutes acceptance of that Club's terms and conditions of entry. The ticket shall remain at all times the property of the issuing Club. Except mobile phones used for personal and private use only, the winner and the winner’s guests may not bring into (or use within) any Club’s stadium any equipment that is capable of recording or transmitting any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data in relation to a match or any aspect of it. The Clubs reserve the right to eject from a stadium any person who fails to comply with applicable terms or conditions of entry. If entrants are the subject of a current Banning Order under the Football Spectators Act 1989 (as amended), entrants will be refused entry to the promotion and to all Premier League Club stadiums. If the ticket is obtained or used in breach of the terms or conditions of entry, it will be automatically void. The bearer will be refused entry and, if already in the stadium, will be ejected, in either case without refund. Other than friends and family as stated above, winner may not transfer the prize to anyone. The unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets is a criminal offence under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, as amended by the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006.   • 8 x Premier League Trophy days. Each prize consists of one day with the Premier League trophy (9am until 9pm) at the winner’s house or place of work (place and date to be approved by the Premier League) before the start of the 2018/2019 season. Security staff are required to stay with the trophy at all times. Dates subject to availability.   Winners must redeem their prize pursuant to paragraph 10 above. The Promoter will contact the winner by telephone or email to arrange the trophy day within 5 (five) working days of the winner inputting their details and then the Promoter reserves the right to refuse or withdraw this prize if the winner or any party present at the trophy day, threatens, abuses or otherwise conducts themselves in a manner that the Promoter or the security staff reasonably regard as inappropriate, offensive or unlawful.
  • 500 x Nike Strike Premier League Footballs. Each prize consists of 1 (one) Nike Strike Premier League football. Winners must redeem their prize pursuant to paragraph 10. Winners will receive their prize by no more than 48 (forty-eight) days after submitting their details.
  • 40 x signed Premier League shirts. Each prize consists of 1 (one) signed Premier League shirt.  Shirts are limited to two shirts for each 2016/2017 Premier League club. Winner cannot choose the size of the shirt. -Shirts will be allocated if available. Winner can choose a shirt for a particular club subject to availability. If the chosen club shirt is not available, a shirt will be chosen at random by the Promoter and provided to the winner. Winners will receive their prize within 48 (forty-eight) days of redeeming their voucher. Shirts will be posted to the winner based on the information provided by the winner when they submit their redemption.
  • 1000 x 440ml 4 pack Carling Premier lager. Each prize consists of a refund for their next purchase of a 4x 440ml pack of Carling Premier lager. Winner must redeem their prize pursuant to paragraph 10. Winners purchase a 4 pack of Carling Premier 440ml lager from available outlets, upload their receipt into the Carling Tap App and enter their bank or PayPal details within 2 (two) weeks of receiving their voucher (this 2 (two) week period is shown as the expiry date on the voucher). The receipt will be verified by the Promoter and the winner’s account balance will be credited. Redemptions will not be accepted for expired vouchers. Only 1 (one) cash back request can be made per receipt uploaded. Winners must retain their original till receipt. Promoter may ask winner to send their original receipt to the Promoter.

  1. Prizes not won during a day in the Daily Entry Period will be carried over into the subsequent day’s prize allocation and so on. Prizes not won during the Daily Entry Period will be entered into the Final Draw.
  2. The Promoter is not liable for delayed or non-delivery of prizes for any reason beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to loss or theft in transit or any failure by the winner to accept delivery of a prize for any reason, or transferring the prize to another person with insufficient time for the tickets to arrive by post.
  3. The decision of the Promoter in all matters relating to this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion without prior notice if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or corrupted during delivery to or from the Promoter due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay, postal strike, postal issue, telephone issue or other reason whatsoever.
  6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any malfunction of the Carling Tap App which is beyond its reasonable control which may affect the operation of the promotion.
  7. If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception, or fraudulent conduct of any kind the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of their rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  8. Except as provided in paragraph 12 above (Premier League match ticket prize), the prizes in whole or in part are non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash or alternative prize will be offered in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.
  9. To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the promotion or redemption of a prize.
  10. The Promoter does not take responsibility for, recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractual or other obligations of third parties associated with a prize and shall not be liable for any fraud committed by any third party.
  11. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using/has used computer(s) to circumvent these conditions by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions. Entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
  13. Prize winner and any applicable guests may be required to participate in unpaid publicity as required by the Promoter.
  14. The Promoter will collect personal information from entrants for the purposes of administering this promotion and will share this personal information with its marketing agency and prize providers including but not limited to ‘Hi Mum Said Dad!’ and ‘XSEM’, who will be supporting the Promoter with the promotion. This includes contacting the winner via telephone, email or the Carling Tap App and publicising information about the prize winner by post. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to the collection and use of their data in this manner.
  15. With the exception of death or personal injury arising out of the Promoter’s negligence or the negligence of its associated companies, its agents, its employees, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, all liability whatsoever on the part of the Promoter or its associated companies, its agents, its employees for any costs, expenses, losses, damages, liabilities, injury or disappointment including any loss of profits, business, contracts, revenues or anticipated savings and whether special, direct, indirect, consequential, suffered by the entrant howsoever arising in connection with the promotion are excluded.
  16. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, existence, negotiation, validity, termination or enforceability (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
