These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

 

  1. Eligibility: The promotional prize draw is open to GB residents in England, Scotland and Wales only aged 18 or over excluding employees and their immediate families of Molson Coors (the “Promoter”), any company affiliated with the organisation, their agents or any other persons professionally associated with the promotional prize draw.
  2. Promotional Period: The opening date is from 00:01am on 01/02/2016 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 30/06/16 at 23.59pm.
  3. Entry Instructions: To enter simply purchase a promotional product with a unique code, complete the online form on www.carling.com/getaways entering your name, email address, phone number and address. Entries or claims not received, incomplete, Illegible or delayed will not be accepted. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified.
  4. Strictly 1 entry per pack.  1 entry per household per day.
  5. Purchase necessary.  While stocks last. Valid on the following promotional stock:
    • Carling Lager 10, 12, 15, 20 and 24 x 440ml can packs
    • Carling Cider 15 x 440ml can packs
    • Carling Zest 12 x 330ml bottle packs
  6. Internet access required.
  7. No responsibility will be taken for technical, telecommunication or website error. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.  
  8. One purchase = one entry. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.  Incomplete or illegible entries, or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted.  If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the terms of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
  9. Prize: 10 Prizes x £5,000 holiday vouchers which can only be booked through Love2Shop Holidays and which can be used for UK and overseas holiday arrangements for the prize winner and his/her companions. The holiday voucher is partially redeemable in that it does not all have to be used in one booking, it can be used on more than one booking until the maximum travel budget has been used. If a booking exceeds the available remaining travel budget, the prize winner must make up the difference by making an additional payment.
  10. Maximum of one prize per person and maximum of one prize per household.
  11. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of any holiday supplier(s). Please note that the price parity offered by certain suppliers may change at any given time without prior notice. In such circumstances Love2shop Holidays trade price will prevail against the specified website price or tactical discount that the supplier may offer to encourage direct bookings only.
  12. All holiday bookings must be made via the Love2Shop booking telephone line 08450 77 4444.
  13. All Love2shop travel vouchers are valid for until 30/11/2017, the date will appear on the vouchers, and all travel must be taken within 24 months of the Promoter’s initial contact with the prize winner or any balance remaining on the holiday voucher will be lost and will not be refunded, transferred or credited.
  14. The prize winner must be one of the travellers on each booking.
  15. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The decisions of the Promoter are final in relation to the promotion.
  16. The winner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for their own travel insurance requirements and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).
  17. Where overseas travel is taken, Passports and Visas are the responsibility and at the cost of the winner. The Promoter cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fails to obtain the required travel documentation.
  18. Winner Selection and Notification: The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date via a verifiable random computer system producing random results on 01/07/16.  The winners will be notified by email no later than 14 days of this date. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner; however, if no contact can be made after 28 days the prize will be forfeited to a reserve winner selected at the same time as the original winner.
  19. Delivery of the prize will be arranged with the winner directly, to one address within the UK via secure delivery.  
  20. It is advisable to book each trip at least four weeks before your requested departure date as all dates and destinations are subject to availability and therefore early booking is advised.
  21. General: The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  22. The prize winner may be required to participate in and give their consent to related publicity including their names and photographs being used for promotional purposes and/or reasonable requests to take part in the Promoters’ publicity.
  23. The full names and counties of the winners will be available upon application with a self-addressed envelope to Carling Molson Coors Brewing Company (UK) Ltd. 137 High Street, Burton upon Trent, DE14 1JZ within 3 months of the closing date.
  24. Only valid unique promotional codes will be accepted. Each code can only be entered once. Manufacturer’s references or printing errors do not constitute valid codes.
  25. The Promoter does not assume any responsibility for codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you cannot read your code due to a genuine printing error, please return to the Promoter at “Carling Molson Coors Brewing Company (UK) Ltd. 137 High Street, Burton upon Trent, DE14 1JZ ”.  Please include your name, email and full address details and a replacement code will be sent to you.
  26. To the fullest extent permitted by law and excluding death or permanent injury caused as a result of the Promoter’s negligence, the Promoter accepts no liability for loss or injury as a result of the Promotion or receipt or misuse of any prize.
  27. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for hotels / tours / transport companies etc. being unavailable.
  28. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion, and the advertising of winners, and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent. 
  29. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion or amend any of its details if circumstances make this unavoidable but will use all reasonable efforts to minimise the effect to the participant to avoid consumer disappointment.
  30. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or entrants found to be abusing the promotion in any way will have all their entries disqualified.
  31. Valid wherever legal only, the rules of this promotion are subject to the legal and regulatory restrictions imposed under English law and the parties to any dispute or action shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
