1. This offer is open to legal residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales), Channel Islands and Isle of Man, who are aged 18 years or over. Winners who have won a holiday abroad must ensure they have a valid passport (not be set to expire within 6 months of travel departure date).
     
  2. Employees of Molson Coors Brewing Company UK Ltd (“Promoter”) and its subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, members of their immediate families, and persons living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to participate.
     
  3. Registrations for The Bank Holiday in The Bag offer starts on 24/03/16 at 00:01 and ends on 22/04/16 at 08:59. No purchase necessary but internet access is required to enter.
     
  4. Winners will be selected from a series of random prize draws that take place throughout the promotional period 24/03/16 – 22/04/16. Entries for prize draws will roll over into the next draw. The earlier a consumer enters the greater chance they will be of winning. There will be 13 prize draws in total which will be drawn daily (excluding weekends) from the 6th April to the 22nd April. The first three draws will draw 5 winners per day and then the following 10 will draw 4 per day. The draws will be undertaken with independent supervision. There will therefore be prize draws on the following dates:
     
    • 6th, 7th, 8th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd April.
       
  5. Winners will be notified at a minimum of 48 hours prior to their departure date. Winners will be notified 48 hours after a prize draw and if they haven’t won, their entry will be rolled over into the next draw for every draw until the final draw on the 22nd. We will use the data submitted by competition participants to contact any or all of your group to tell you that you are a winner. We will contact you via email and via the bag which will reveal the destination arriving by courier in the post, delivered to the home address nominated as the preferred delivery address by the participant on the booking form. However, you give us permission to use any of the details you have submitted for you and your proposed guests to contact you. For some bag drops, we may film or photograph you and/or your group’s reaction to winning the competition and we may use these to promote the promotion on social media.
     
  6. How to participate: Visit www.carling.com/bankholidayinthebag to register for the chance to win a holiday for 4 people travelling together and a series of travel accessories. Holidays for 220 people are available, and all of your party will go to the same destination. There are 11 possible destinations, both in the UK and overseas, and registered participants will be notified by delivery of a bag including prize information and holiday details. All holiday detail, paperwork and ticket confirmation will also be delivered via email at least 48 hours prior to the beginning of the holiday.
     
  7. The following information is required for all members travelling in a party at the time of booking: full name (as appears on passport or other travel documentation), date of birth, email address, postal address, contact telephone number, passport number, passport expiry, passport country of issue, nationality, dietary requirements (if any) and mobility restrictions/assistance required (if any). The participant is responsible for the accuracy of all passenger information for members travelling in their party. This information must be correct when submitting the form and cannot be altered at a later date. Members on the same booking will be allocated accommodation in the same hotel and destination. Groups will need to nominate one lead booker and a preferred a delivery address for the delivery of their group’s prize bag. Participants may be required to provide additional information, and agree to do so upon request by the Promoter or its agents.
     
  8. For those who have won a holiday abroad, it is the responsibility of participants to ensure they have valid travel insurance for their holiday. All participants in winning groups agree to be indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter, its agents, and any other person professionally connected with this promotion for any damage caused or suffered by a participant relating to their participation in the promotion (to the farthest extent permissible by law). Participants will also be asked to provide an emergency contact for the traveling party. It is also the responsibility of the participant to ensure they have relevant Visas or ESTAs for their holiday and Carling will not be applying for these on participant’s behalf. Participants must ensure they are legally able and have the right to travel to the USA, Caribbean and Europe and have permissions to travel. For advice, Carling advise participants to check the following websites to find out if they will need a visa or ESTA to travel once their destination has been revealed: http://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/travel/index_en.htm, https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/. For European destinations, we strongly advise you obtain a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) for your holiday.
     
  9. Winners are responsible for ensuring that they, and all other guests in their booking, are available for the full holiday dates for any destination. One entry per person only. After registering, if one or more members of your group cannot participate in the holiday you may not substitute their names for another person.
     
  10. Once all the bags have been drawn all entries will be closed and a note will be posted on the campaign page on carling.com communicating that the competition is now closed.
     
  11. Holidays must be taken on the dates specified (all trips will take place between Thursday 28th April and Monday 2nd May and will be either 3 night or 4 night stays in total depending on the destination). In the unlikely event that a holiday date, hotel accommodation or flight details need to change, the winner will be notified. Winners and guests may be required to sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Winner and guests must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Holidays are awarded “as is”, without warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by the Promoter, save that they shall comply with the description of the holiday. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer holiday, but Molson Coors reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a different holiday to the one allocated of comparable or greater value. Holiday award is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Holidays are not exchangeable for any monetary value. The prize is the holiday described in the bag only, and all other costs and expenses, including without limitation, ground transportation, meals, gratuities and incidentals, associated with holiday acceptance are the sole responsibility of winner(s). By participating in the offer, you consent to the use of the all personal data submitted by participating in this offer, by the Promoter and BCD Meeting & Events Ltd for the purposes of this offer and any other purposes to which you have consented; including without limitation complete name, email address, contact phone number, nationality. Specifically, you consent to the Promoter contacting you regarding products we think you’d like. If we do, you will always have an option to unsubscribe to future contact. Alternatively, if you do not wish to receive such communications, please indicate this when you win your holiday.
     
  12. All holidays that require flights will be from London Airports (Gatwick, Heathrow, Stansted). All flight locations, times and destinations are non-transferable and all members of the party will be required to arrange their own transport to the airport destination in good time for their allocated flight. Molson Coors does not accept any responsibility for missed flights. Check in for all flights will be at the airport as online check in is not available. Where applicable, BCD Meeting & Events Ltd will enter personal and passport details to airlines however check in will be the responsibility of the participant on the day of travel. We advise that participants check in at least two hours before their flight for European destinations and at least three hours before their flight for long haul flights. Some flights from long haul destinations will land back into the UK in the early morning of Tuesday 3rd April and therefore it is advised winners of these destinations make arrangements such as booking work off for the following day. Molson Coors encourages responsible behaviour and driving and therefore advises passengers do not drive long distances following a long haul night flight. All flight tickets include 1 hold bag and hand luggage and it is the responsibility for individual participants to find out the weight and size restrictions for these themselves. Winners will take their own luggage on holiday with them.
     
  13. There are 55 holidays (220 people in 55 groups of 4) available in total. Destinations for the holidays abroad will be of the description below and winning groups will be drawn at random. Once a destination has been assigned to a group it cannot be swapped for an alternative destination. Due to the nature and spirit of the promotion we will not disclose the holiday destinations prior to the prize draws. All holiday destinations will be within the territories below, be either a beach holiday or city break in nature and include hotel accommodation and flights if outside of the UK. We will not provide any public ground transportation or flights to any of the UK destinations.

  14. All hotel accommodation for holidays will be rated between 3 and 5 stars depending on the location. All holiday durations will be either 3 or 4 nights. All rooms will be either double or twin rooms and based on two sharing. All hotels and rooms are not transferable. If you or your group do not arrive at your allocated hotel on the first day of your holiday you may lose the hotel room for your whole trip. If you foresee having any problems with arriving at your hotel on the first day of your trip please contact BCD on the telephone number (to be provided at a later date) who will try and secure the room for the rest of the trip however this is not guaranteed.
     
  15. An email address and telephone number will be accessible for all winning groups Monday – Friday 09:00am – 17:30pm, Monday to Friday from 11th – 29th April 2016. For winning groups, this number and email is also available as an 24 hour emergency contact on the weekend of the holidays (29th April – 2nd May 2016).

  16. It is not the intention of the Promoter or related parties to use this offer in any way to encourage excessive consumption of alcohol. Please drink Carling responsibly.
     
  17. Owing to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the offer or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. In the event of termination, Promoter will post a notice to the offer website.
     
  18. The Promoter’s decisions regarding all promotional matters shall be final and no other correspondence will be entered in to.
     
  19. Limitations of liability: Neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for any incorrect or inaccurate information entered by the winner, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this offer.
     
  20. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Promoter nor its agents or any person professionally connected with this promotion accept no responsibility for loss or injury as a result of this offer (including any travel/activity related thereto). However, nothing in these terms will operate to exclude or limit any liability for death or personal injury arising from the Promoter's negligence, or generally for fraud.
     
  21. By participating, each participant agrees: (a) to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of BCD Meeting & Events Ltd, the Promoter and its representatives, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this offer; (b) to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter, BCD Meeting & Events Ltd and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, members, franchisees and licensees, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the foregoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participant’s participation in the offer or any offer-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any travel/activity related thereto; and (c) to the use of his/her name, voice, photograph, image and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by the Promoter without compensation or notification to, or permission or review of, the participant or any third party, and to execute specific consent to such use is requested by the Promoter to do so.
     
  22. The lead person for each group warrants and undertakes that the information they submit for their group is accurate, and each member has consented to their data being used in the ways anticipated by these terms and conditions. The lead person accordingly indemnifies and holds harmless the Promoter, BCD Meeting & Events Ltd, and any other person professionally connected with this promotion against all loss, damage, cost, expense or claims in breach of the foregoing warranty, including without limitation, any fine levied by a competent Court or the Information Commissioner’s Office pursuant to a complaint by a participant that their data has been improperly used.
     
  23. Any dispute concerning the interpretation and application of the rules will be settled by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
