1. This promotion is open to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 or over (the "Participants").
  2. Employees and past employees of Molson Coors Brewing Company UK Ltd ("MCBC") and British Sky Broadcasting ("Sky") and their subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, members of their immediate families and anyone materially connected to the administration of the offer are not eligible to participate. NOW TV is an internet television service owned and operated by Sky.
  3. The Carling and NOW TV 2016/17 Promotion (the "Promotion") provides you with the opportunity to redeem one of 6 million (6,000,000) unique codes (the "Pass Codes"). Each Pass Code provides you with the opportunity to select and activate a Sky Sports Day Pass (the "Day Pass"). A maximum of three (3) Day Passes may be claimed per person for the duration of the Promotion. Only one (1) Day Pass can be added to a NOW TV account at any one time. Each unique code may only be used once.
  4. The Promotion opens on 3 October 2016 at 00.01am and closes on 30 June 2017 at 23.59pm (the "Promotional Period"). All Pass Codes must be redeemed by 30 June 2017, after which time your code will expire. Once redeemed, passes must be used within 12 months.
  5. How to access your free Day Pass: Purchase a promotional pack of Carling to get a free Day Pass. Promotional packs are 10, 12, 15, 18, 20 and 24 packs of 440ml Carling cans and will be clearly marked with the Sky Sports Day Pass Promotion.
  6. Visit www.carling.com/nowtv to verify your age and agree to the terms and conditions of this Promotion. Follow the instructions to enter the unique code printed on the inside of the promotional pack and activate the Day Pass. Each pack contains one (1) Pass Code.
  7. The Promotion is open to new and existing NOW TV customers.
  8. If you are not already a NOW TV customer you will need to sign up and create an account with NOW TV and complete your personal details. No subscription is necessary to redeem your Day Pass.
  9. The viewing period for each Day Pass is unrestricted access for a period of 24 consecutive hours from the time you activate your pass or start watching any content.
  10. Internet access is required to create a NOW TV account and access your Day Pass. Broadband or a 3G mobile network service is required to stream Sky Sports channels via NOW TV. You are responsible for all costs charged by your mobile network and broadband provider and internet service provider.
  11. Content can be streamed to four compatible devices; but you can only watch two at the same time. Some content is unavailable on online channels and/or some devices. See www.nowtv.com for device compatibility requirements and NOW TV terms and conditions.
  12. You must not transfer content to any unauthorised devices, or attempt to access the services or content via any media or device other than your compatible registered devices. For a list of NOW TV compatible devices, go to www.nowtv.com (the "Site").
  13. You must ensure that your devices meet the minimum hardware, systems and software requirements as set out on the Site and updated from time to time and you must only access the NOW TV services and content for your own personal, non-commercial use.
  14. You will not be required to have a specific NOW TV box to operate the NOW TV Site and services.
  15. General Terms & Conditions: The Promotion is running in selected outlets and whilst stocks last.
  16. There is no cash alternative to the Promotion or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing all codes issued in accordance with the Promotion are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  17. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with other NOW TV offers.
  18. By participating in the Promotion, Participants agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
  19. It is not the intention of the Promoter or related parties to use this Promotion in any way to encourage excessive consumption of alcohol. Please drink Carling responsibly.
  20. The Promoter reserves the right to ask for proof of purchase in the form of the original unique code, in order to answer any Pass Code related queries.
  21. Owing to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to, infection by computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or technical failure and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to Participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  22. The Promoter’s decisions regarding all promotional matters shall be final and no other correspondence will be entered into.
  23. Participants undertake that the information they submit is accurate, and consent to their Personal Data (which shall have the same meaning given to it under the Data Protection Act 1998) being used by Sky and the Promoter for account management and marketing purposes. Participants who do not wish to receive marketing communications from Sky and/or the Promoter shall be provided with the option to opt-out of marketing communications on both the Promotion site and NOW TV Site. Sky and the Promoter may disclose Participants Personal Data to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this competition or communicating with the Participant.
  24. Limitations of liability: neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for any incorrect or inaccurate information entered by an individual, (including inaccurate Pack Code entry) or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this offer; unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of Pack Codes at any point in the operation of this Promotion.
  25. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss or injury as a result of this Promotion (including any activity related thereto). However, nothing in these terms will operate to exclude or limit any liability for death or personal injury arising from the Promoter's negligence, or generally for fraud.
