Two training sessions completed which were well attended and taken by resident 'coaches' (slave drivers) Gavin Smyth and Si James. Players felt the benefit of the boxing circuit courtesy of Si James which proved to be beneficial and sort out the men from the boys, no problems on the football pitch with the training camp!!
