General consumers (i.e. users of the Carling Your Newcastle website) will have limited rights
to add or amend content on the website provided that:
(a) ownership of additions and amendments.
(i) the consumer, once registered, takes full responsibility for their own content.
(ii) the consumer owns or has obtained an adequate licence from the owner of the intellectual property rights in any logos, photographs and other images which permits them to be lawfully displayed on this website;
(iii) all intellectual property rights in the additions and amendments (other than logos, photographs and other images) will vest in Coors absolutely (by way of a present assignment of future rights) who may use, licence or transfer such rights as it sees fit in its absolute discretion and that any moral rights in the additions and amendments are waived / not asserted; and
(b) accuracy. The additions and amendments are reasonably believed by the person adding / amending content to be fair comment and accurate.
3 Privacy policy (SUPPLEMENTING MAIN WEBSITE PRIVACY POLICY).
The user may have the limited ability to send e mails or texts from the Carling My Newcastle from time to time. It is the responsibility of the user/sender to obtain the consent of the intended recipients of such e mails or texts for any such activity.
4 Unacceptable content (SUPPLEMENTING CLAUSE 12 OF THE MAIN TERMS).
Coors reserves the right to remove any content provided by general consumers or any other website users if it believes such content to be in breach of Coors' terms and conditions or a violation of applicable law.
5 Service transfer (NEW PROVISION).
Coors reserves the right to transfer this website service together with any information (including My Newcastle personal page details and content) to any other legal entity in its absolute discretion and without requiring consent.
Carling Metro Car Sticker Free Pint Promotion T's & C's
Terms and conditions
1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
2. Employees of Coors Brewers Ltd., their agents, families or anyone else professionally connected with the competition are excluded from participating.
3. To enter simply log on to www.carling.com/newcastlefreepint. and complete the registration.
4. Start date for the promotion is 22nd October 2007. Closing date for registrations is 29th October 2007 at 18.00.
5. There are 1,000 free pints available. These will be issued via post (after the 31st October) on a first come first served basis via registration on www.carling.com/newcastlefreepint
6. The voucher entitles you to a free pint of Carling at the participating outlets below:

Newcastle Season tickets promotion
Terms and Conditions:
1. This promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over except employees of Metro Radio, Coors Brewers Ltd., Newcastle United Football Club their families, its agencies and anyone who is professionally connected with this promotion, who are all precluded from entry.
2. No purchase necessary. To enter without purchase with the same chance of winning, just go to Carling.com/ nufc, register and enter your unique code. Entries must not be entered on line in bulk or through agents or third parties. Any such entries will be invalid.
3. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the rules as are these terms and conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed to signify acceptance of the rules.
4. The promotion runs from 1/10/07 to 19/10/07.
5. Unique codes are non- transferable and non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
6. Prize fund consists of 10 pairs of season tickets to Newcastle United Football Club season 2008/2009 value no more than £1,200 per pair. Conditions of entry apply. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes for others of no less value.

Free Beer For A Year
Terms and conditions
1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
2. Employees of Coors Brewers Limited, their agents, families or anyone else professionally connected with the competition are excluded from participating
3. To enter the 'Newcastle Win Free Beer For A Year' simply register with www.carling.com between Thursday 20th September 2007 and Monday 31st December 2007. Only one entry per person.
4. Closing date for entries to the 'Newcastle Win Free Beer For A Year' draw is 11pm Monday 31st December 2007. The winner of the competition will be drawn by 6pm on Friday 4th January 2008.
5. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the rules as are these terms and conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed to signify acceptance of the rules
6. Winners will be notified by telephone call or email on Monday 7th January 2008.
If the winner does not respond after 7 days of being notified, the promoter may dispose of the prize as it thinks fit without any liability to the winner(s) for having done so.

Carling Afternoon Sessions Mobile Offer
Terms and conditions

2. The offer shall run twice in Shearers Bar NUFC from 14.00pm until 11.00pm on 05.10.07 and 14.00pm until 11.00pm on 19.10.07 only. Consumers can apply for their free mobile voucher from 10.00am on 24.09.07 and from 10.00am 08.10.07
3. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the rules as are these terms and conditions. Entry into the offer by sending a text is deemed to signify acceptance of the rules.
4. To enter text 'Carling Gig' to 83080. Once the participant has received the text back from Carling they will be required to connect to the Carling WAP site to download the 2D barcode. On connection the participant will be required to complete a simple WAP registration.
5. Texts messages and connection to the WAP site shall be charged at your standard network rate. The whole entry will require the participant to send a maximum of 1 text and 1 connection to the WAP site. Charges are dependent on your network operator and participants are required to check these before applying. Please check with the bill payer before sending your text entries. Entrants shall not be charged for texts received from the promoter.
6. Consumers can only apply for 1 free entry barcode on each of the participating days.
