Started his footballing career playing fullback which is where his love of tackling and the more physical side of the game comes from. Since then he has matured in to a more rounded footballer (litterally). What he lacks in pace and fitness he makes up for with his tanacity and passing ability. He can sometimes get carried away with playing the killer ball.
