Super Ron Phipps is the man with the plan on the sidelines. Tactically sound with vast experience of the game, Big Ron is always ready with a word of encouragement for The Mallards and is a great servant to the club. With Steve they form a double-act of ill-repute but loyalty to The Mallards cause which is hard to replicate.
