The Boss now in his second season, Steve has began to produce a team combining flair and commitment. Experience and youth work together in Steve's team to produce some great football - age is no problem to Steve as long as you put the work in. Never afraid to make tough decisions Steve keeps everyone on their toes with his tactical thinking - including himself as he tries to remember his back four 'same as last week along the back bar four changes'. He likes his teams to play football all over the park and long may he continue in his role as the team makes great strides under his stewardship. Used to play for C*******y you know!!
