Lads let me be the first to congratulate you all for battling until the very end and gaining promotion. Nice to Walter St John skulking away at the final whistle. Special mention to Hugh playing his last game for the strollers and captaining the side to a defeat lol. We will all miss you mate, wishing you all the best in thes states. Make sure you keep in touch as we will need to swap our fringe players for better ones when you start up our sister team, Mitcham Strollers USA. Once again a huge well done to everybody and i will see you all at the presentation evening which i assume will be held at our sponsor, The White Hart pub. Here's to division 8 get in there.

Well said Mr. Cooganator! Just want to say a big thanks to all you lads for welcoming a poor little "Canadian" boy into the team. I have had a great couple of years and will definately miss it when I head back state-side.

As for the game today...I think we played really well...and we played the full 90 minutes...just goes to show what we can do when we want it! I guess the ref was sleeping with a few from their team cause we definately should have drawn...and dare I say given them their first defeat!

Looking forward to the 7th...need to have a big one before I piss off!

Hey Mark me ole chum. How you doing geeza?? Good idea to retire the shirt mate. Think he should take the whole Blue & yellow kit as we dont need or use it anymore. If you think about it we have the blue kit, the carling kit and we are supposed to be getting a purple kit from the pub.

Lads just want to say a huge congratulations to our dear old Fran who completed the race for life in one piece. It is a very worthy cause and i have the utmost respect to her for doing it. Well done Fran.

Dave... vis a vis the great escape... what a day and what a great few last games. Couldnt really enjoy the game that much (apart from the goal) as was too nervous. But the day and post match celebrations were amazing. Being a nouveau C****** fan for example you can never experience something like that as you just expect to win and can therefore only be disappointed.
