Hoping to get one into the win column was about all that could happen as the Bleus started without Keeper Kofi Asem, Defenders Chewy Esprit and Paul "Wigs" Wigfield, and Midfielder Warren Lyon (who arrived late) against a strong Screaming Eagles FC.
Early hopes were thwarted when Forward Collin Thevanakuranai failed to convert on a penalty. This gave the visitors momentum and they quickly came back down the field to put one past stand-in Keeper Andrew "Drewsome" Kellas who was absolutely Gruesome to watch between the sticks allowing a second goal before Noel Augustine clawed one back in the 37th minute.
The Eagles screamed another cross past Kellas just before halftime.

The Eagles went up 4-1 on a 3 on 1 break and Kellas could not get out to challenge in time. Kellas suffered a minor knock on the play and was removed for Andrew "Steady" Steadman who would finish the game in goal.
Sacre Bleu potted a 2nd goal in the 63rd minute on a penalty taken by Andy Fulton.
After this the Eagles simply closed up shop and held their lead. Scare Bleu players did look strong as they did everything they could to stem the tide and stwal a point but it was not to be.

Coach, Cyprian Kebbianyor, had these comments, "The side has improved despite the score. With the players we had today we can develop and we will achieve".
