TOTAL SPORT FC ANNOUNCE MASSIVE OVERHAUL
Total Sport FC have announced a dramatic rebranding to their operations, just three weeks into their debut season.
It is believed that the Rope Walk side have terminated their sponsorship deal with Nike with a new deal with continental sports giants PUMA being signed early this afternoon.
In a statement released to the press this afternoon, club sources sighted 'irreconcilable differences' between the club and proposed kit manufacturers Nike.
"'The club have terminated all negotiations with Nike Sportswear Ltd. We believe that we do not share a common vision on where we want to take the club over the next five years.
"We are delighted to have signed with PUMA, both the manager and players are very happy with the colour and the design of the new kit"
A new club badge is also expected to be released before the end of the week.
On the pitch, top scorer Niklas Curtis is a injury doubt for Wednesday's crunch clash with Heroes FC with a calf injury. Manager Matthew Dannatt says that he will be keeping a close eye on the situation.
"Nicky has a slight calf injury yes, its nothing major we'll just monitor it over the next couple of days and hopefully he'll be available for Wednesday night."
