Dannatt was particuarly happy with how his side reacted to the withdrawals of goalkeeper Joe Hindhaugh and Craig Hoile, with forward Richard Cox and defender Gareth Anstice deputising for the absentees 'superbly'.

"The lads who have come in and filled in did a great job tonight Coxy (Richard Cox) was brilliant in goal tonight and made some really important saves. Gareth was his usual solid self and put in a dominating peformance at the back. They were all superb" he added.

Defender John Malaney also made a welcome return after his absence from the season's opener with a heel injury.

Total Sport are expected to welcome back both Joe Hindhaugh and Craig Hoile for next week's game against Heroes FC.
