2nd December, 2007Halfway do the double over Middleton.

A typical well fought game by the Halfway kept them at the top of the league after coming from behind again this season. Two late goals from Andy Samuels gave them their fourth win on the bounce and as we head into the second half of our league season, we are currently 7 points ahead of our nearest rivals.

Halfway knocked out of the Bruce Fryer cup today after a very disappointing performance...

Again there were changes made, and some players moved up to the first team. Halfway never got started and were out battled to a 4-1 defeat, not worth writing much when you lose. Only positive was that JD's lost in the league for the first time since September, and surely Halfway have an outstanding chance if they keep winning of taking Division 1.
