i find that statement very difficult to believe, heading a ball is heading a ball

there are a few factors to consider my friend, 1 heading the ball for a flick on you cant see where your heading to and wen you make contact you cant see the ball itself
2 the defender your up against can make a running jump to the ball and it dosent matter where it goes

i can perform both types of headers pretty well, but a header is a header in my opinion you win it or you dont

what im saying is its easier for a defender if the attacker is trying to do a flick on

only if the defender is as tall as or taller than the attacker and he doesnt have springs for legs or a little jet pack or step ladders or something to help him
