on a superb night for footy, brilliant playing conditions and a full squad to pick from celtic were confident going into the game and after passing the ball around well created numerous chances unfortunately none of them finding the target. trawden still kept pushing forward and were rewarded with a first goal when ben was put through and his shot was deflected past the keeper. rolls didn't let their heads drop though and a couple of crossy saves kept celtic in the game, half time 1-0. just into the second half crabby made good progress down the right ahd squared for adam p who had made good ground to convert the ball home, 2-0. rolls got one back from a corner when a player drifted in unmarked but from this moment on trawden took control, a penalty for handball was converted by cal, dom got a head onto a cross for the fourth, digs had a tap in, cal got his second after a backheel from stanny and rossy converted after dicko's shot had been blocked, 7-1. celtic switched off and rolls got a second but the points were in the bag, scott was solid at the back, doms tireless running put them under pressure, everyone had a good game, lets hope it continues saturday and for our two remaining league games, m.o.m. was nuts???
