Lessons needed in how to defend 2 goal leads!!

we were always expecting a tough game but from the first whistle celtic dominated. on a bumpy surface trawden started well playing the ball around well, one or two chances that were created, unfortunately were off target, one fell to ben who blasted over, adam had a free header which was straight at the keeper but celtic never took their foot off the pedal and kept pressing, this was rewarded with a goal from dom after some excellent football down the right, 1-0 trawden. more good work resulted in a second goal which saw digs hold off the defender turn and fire the ball home, 2-0 celtic. i don't know if celtic thought it was going to be easy and took their foot off the gas or wether it was a lapse of concentration but before they knew it forest were back in the game with two quick strikes, game on, half time 2-2. trawden came out for the second half as they did the first and dominated, shouts for a penalty on digs were turned down, numerous shots rained in and celtic got there third goal when ben rose unnopposed and headed home. tackles were coming thick and fast, eddy was on for adam and cal was struggling with scott who had also taken a knock but soldiering on celtic got a fourth when crabby had the simple task of tapping the ball home after robbing the keeper, game over you would have thought. watty came on for cal and nuts switched to centre half, after more good footy down the right eddy was through on the keeper but blasted over. pendle went to three at the back and started pressing and got a third with ten to go, now the impetous was with them and from corners they were looking dangerous and despite tanks valiant efforts on the line they forced an equaliser with minutes to spare, 4-4. an enjoyable game for the spectator but not for trawden who must now pick themselves up for saturdays game at earby, hopefully everyone will be fit, crossy pulled something(it wasn't a bird!!)adam got a knock and cal was already struggling but with the right attitude and frame of mind there's no reason why we can't win this one, m.o.m was crossy.
