Could do better!

After a lively start celtic had created a couple of good chances, ben firing straight at the keeper, dom doing the same, it looked as if a trawden win was inevitable, celtic were passing the ball around well but the end product was coming to nothing, crossy was only brought into the the game when he tipped over a speculative effort. with the wind in there favour trawden should have tested the keeper more but seemed to want to walk the ball into the net rather than pepper the goals. the second half started much the the same as the first with trawden dominating and it wasn't long before the first goal came from ben who slotted home a cross from dom. celtic must have thought it would be easy from now, rossy fired wide from yards out, crabby just couldn't latch onto a cross, dom was passing the ball back to the keeper and thats when the sucker punch happened, a long hopeful ball from skipton left stevie wonder in the celtic goal blinded(i can't see) nuts headed clear only for town to score from the resulting corner. town were now in the ascendency and from another long ball over the top which should have been dealt with, they took a 2-1 lead. diggle came on and soon began to make chances holding the ball up well and winning balls in the air and before you knew it his snapshot found the back of the net, 2-2. stanny shuffled the pack and brought on the subs, one being dave whit(is this the oldest player ever to appear for celtic 1st team?) and stanny jr, it now looked as there was only one outcome to the game and a draw is how it finished. celtic will be dissappointed not to have taken 3 pts but if you can't find the onion bag thats what happens, they will have to up their game 100% on saturday against chatburn if they want to push for promotion, m.o.m was cal.
