a game of two halves,the first game of the season was away to crooked billet from hunslet,it was a gusty affair,very windy,we had the first half,them the second,the referee was utter shite,and to be frank,so were crooked billet,utter bollocks,the wind spoiled the game,we will hammer them at home ,bring it on .

wykebeck arms are the division 2 champions,thats official,an under strength wykebeck defeated a decent beer side,2-0.the game was closely contested,but overall,we were just that bit stronger,with four of our players missing due to drug related illnesses,it was left to the old war horses,lee mcgrath and martin greaves as stand in strikers.nearly a hundred years between them.all the lads gave their best,and have been fantastic all season.well done lads,a couple of games to go now,keep going...onward to division 1....brilliant.
