5-A-SIDE TEAM OF THE YEAR

One of several new categories this year. This award could go to the five-a-side team that strikes fear into their opposition or a plucky side who just keep on improving. Judges will be looking for:

• League details - name of league, division, league position, etc...
• Performance - Another winning year or an increase in fortunes from last season?
• Statistics - matches won/lost, goals scored/conceded, winning sequences, trophies, league records, etc

Prize: 6x cases of Carling, and a full Carling-sponsored team kit
