Has your team got a super fan? A stalwart who turns up come rain or shine to get behind the lads? Maybe he or she even chips in with the club duties, such as carrying bags or helping to put up the nets? Judges will be looking for:

  • Details - name, age, years as a supporter, contact details
  • Commitment - stories of extraordinary dedication to the club
