Deep down we all love referees, don't we? They don't get the best press yet there are some out there who consistently show great authority and common sense and most importantly, get the big decisions right. Anyone spring to mind? The judges will be looking for:

  • Details - name, age, years as an official, league(s) officiated in
  • Performance - stories of fine judgement and common sense
  • Interaction - refereeing games with a smile!
