MANAGER OF THE YEAR

If you reckon your gaffer is the Fergie of the amateur football world, here's the perfect opportunity for him, or her, to receive the recognition they deserve! Judges will be looking for:

• Strengths - what makes this manager special?
• Leadership - examples of moments of individual leadership (e.g. team talks, subs, training etc)
• Team spirit - details of how this manager inspires his lads to play for one another
• Statistics - age, matches taken charge of, matches won, trophies, awards, etc
