CARLING'S PUB FOOTBALL AWARDS

It's that time of year again folks - the Carling PUB FOOTBALL AWARDS are back! This is your opportunity to celebrate the unsung heroes and the champions of the amateur game.

We want you - that's teams, players, managers, referees, and fans up and down the country - to nominate your mates to be in with a chance to win. There are twice as many categories this year with ten awards up for grabs! They are:

The nominations for each of the ten categories will be dwindled down to the top ten by our three-man judging panel. Each of these nominations will then be marked out of ten with the winner being the one with the highest combined score. The judging panel consists of:

• Robbie Earle - ITV pundit and former international footballer
• Des Kelly - award-winning football columnist
• Richard Smith - Carling's Sponsorship Manager

The only stipulation is that all nominees must be at least 18-years-old and all nominations must be made by Friday 23rd May.

To make a nomination simply select your desired category, fill in the form telling us all about your nominee, complete the details at the bottom of the page and click on the 'Submit Nominations' button. You can make a nomination in all of the awards or just the one... it's up to you but the more the merrier! Good luck!
