The pirate
Coney was found on a beach with a parrot on one shoulder and holding a bottle of wine naked 400 years ago. Some say he won the civil war single handed, some say he helped god created sunday and some say he is father time. Coney struggles to get to most games if there not near a river or the sea as he owns the spanish armada. Coney encourages the players to foul and look for the ref on coners.
