MacIntyre Opens Checkbook on 4 New Signings!
Today saw the arrival of 4 new Grants players into the squad after days of major transfer talks. MacIntyre and Alex Colville secured the deals of Kenny Mckenzie , Davy Menzies , Derek Stewart and Paddy Towland.
Kenny Mckenzie and Davy Menzies sign a 2 year deal and have been hailed the big guns by boss Macintyre. Both players are in there 30`s and have prooved themselves at this level of football time and time again. The players are concentrating on getting fitness levels up and promised to get The Grants back on top form
Derek Stewart and Paddy Towland were introduced by scout Chris Meechan and have both signed 6 months deals to the end of the season.
Macintyre also stated that even though the the squad has been bulked up with the introduction of these players he still has one or two more signings still to make but will wait on how things progress.
