TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
2. This offer is only available to UK residents who are members of Carling.com.
3. By entering the competition, you are agreeing for your name to be displayed on the site.
4. Employees of Coors Brewers Limited, their agents, families or anyone else professionally connected with the competition are excluded from participating.
5. To enter the Carling Old Firm Predictor competition simply register with www.carling.com and participate in the Carling Old Firm Predictor competition between 11/09/08 and 27/12/08 and enter your prediction for the Old Firm derby match on 27/12/08.
6. Closing date for entries to the Carling Old Firm Predictor competition is 27/12/08 at 1pm. The winner of the competition will be announced by 5pm on 04/01/09. If the fixture date and time is changed then the closing date for the competition will change accordingly.
7. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the rules as are these terms and conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed to signify acceptance of the rules.
8. Winners will be notified by telephone call or email on 04/01/09. If the winner does not respond after 7 days of being notified, the promoter may dispose of the prize as it thinks fit without any liability to the winner(s) for having done so.
9. The Carling Old Firm Predictor competition winner will be the person who scores the most points when predicting the score, goals scorers and goal times of the Old Firm derby match on 27/12/08.
10. An entrant who predicts the correct score will earn 100 points. An entrant who predicts a correct goal scorer will earn 5 points per goal scorer. An entrant who predicts a correct goal time will earn 5 points per goal time.
11. 11.In the event of a tie (if more than one carling.com member has the highest number of points), the winner will be selected by a random prize draw made on 04/01/09.
12. The winner of the Carling Old Firm Predictor competition will receive a signed Celtic or Rangers shirt. The second placed person will win the remaining signed shirt.
13. The Promoter will allocate which shirt goes to which winner, this decision is final.
14. Only one entry is allowed per person, multiple entries will be invalid.
15. The promoter reserves the right to refuse multiple entries from the same IP address.
16. .If any circumstances out of the promoter's control mean that the prize advertised is not available, the promoter will provide a prize of equivalent value.
17. The promoters' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
18. Entries must be received via the www.carling.com Carling Old Firm Predictor competition registration form. All entrants must be Carling.com members and be signed in. Entries via third parties will not be accepted.
19. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entries which are incomplete or do not meet the rules.
20. To obtain details of winning entries, please send a SAE to Carling.com 'Carling Old Firm Predictor competition' promotion, Coors Brewers Ltd, 137 High Street, Burton Upon Trent, DE14 1JZ with 28 days of the closing date.
21. No cash or other alternative in part or full will be offered in lieu of the specified prizes. Prizes are not transferable.
22. Winners may be asked to participate in publicity.
23. These rules are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
24. It is not the intention of the promoter to use this promotion in any way to encourage excessive consumption of alcohol. Coors Brewers is a member of the Portman Group - promoting responsible drinking.
