The Box Office will only be open from 4pm-6pm & 6.30pm - 9.30pm on show days for advance sales, night sales (subject to availability) and all box office collections.

Please be aware that customers can still purchase tickets for all Academy venues (including the Shepherds Bush Empire) from the O2 Academy Islington, in cash for the face value. The Academy Islington Box Office is open from 12-4pm Monday to Saturday. The Academy Brixton also sells tickets for all Academy venues (inc. Shepherds Bush Empire) on show days only from 5pm.

Age Restrictions

Under 14's must be accompanied by an adult for gigs. Club nights are strictly over 18s

Disabled Info

Anyone wishing to make a booking for disabled access to the Shepherds Bush Empire should contact the venue on 0208 354 3300 between the hours of 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not take any other phone bookings on this line.

Travel Information

Car Parking

The nearest car park is at Westfield Shopping Centre. Parking at Westfield London between 6pm-12am is just £3 per vehicle for O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire customers. Please collect a follow-up ticket from the venue box office or from door staff in the foyer. When exiting Westfield London, insert original ticket to the pay machine before departure and immediately insert the follow up promotional voucher for the £3 rate.
