The Box Office will only be open from 4pm-6pm & 6.30pm - 9.30pm on show days for advance sales, night sales (subject to availability) and all box office collections.

Please be aware that customers can still purchase tickets for all Academy venues (including the Shepherds Bush Empire) from the Academy Islington, in cash for the face value. The Academy Islington Box Office is open from 12-4pm Monday to Saturday. The Academy Brixton also sells tickets for all Academy venues (inc. Shepherds Bush Empire) on show days only from 5pm.

Age Restrictions

The Shepherds Bush Empire does not have age restrictions. It is not recommended for patrons under 14 years old to attend an event on the Stalls ground floor area. It is not suitable for patrons under 5 years old to attend an event at The Shepherds Bush Empire.

Disabled Info

Anyone wishing to make a booking for disabled access to the Shepherds Bush Empire should contact the venue on 0208 354 3300 between the hours of 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not take any other phone bookings on this line.

Parking Facilities

Street parking in Shepherd's Bush is extremely limited. Please make full use of public transport and assist The Empire in keeping good relations with the local residents by using the N.C.P. Car Park located in W12 Shopping Centre, it is 5 minutes away from the venue.
