The Hammersmith Apollo Box Office is open on performance days
from 4pm until the event begins. When the box office is closed, tickets
may be purchased from the Apollo Victoria Theatre on Wilton Rd Victoria
between the hours of 09:00-17:00 on Monday-Friday, and the Dominion
Theatre Tottenham Court Rd, between the hours of 09:00-18:00.
Tickets can also be purchased from any Ticketmaster Ticketcentre.
This venue was previously sponsored by Carling. Hammersmith Apollo has the following age restrictions:
14’s and under need to be accompanied by an adult (over 18) and in the seated areas only. Children under the age of one year are not admitted for adult shows. If the show is not specifically aimed at an adult-only audience, children aged one year or older are admitted providing they can sit up straight in a seat and that the parent is confident the child is old enough not to be a distraction for other members of the audience. Children over 1 year old must have a ticket purchased for them.Accompanying adults will be asked to remove any noisy children. If any discounts are available for children the maximum age to qualify is 16 years unless specified otherwise. Everyone must have a valid ticket.

The nearest London Underground Station is Hammersmith served by the District, Piccadilly and Hammersmith & City lines.
On exit from the District & Piccadilly lines into the Broadway centre, follow directional signs. The venue is located immediately outside the Broadway Centre, a five minute walk from the station.
On exit from the Hammersmith & City line the venue can be clearly seen on the other side of the flyover.
Customers should walk through the Broadway Centre and follow the directional signs.
Customers are asked not to park in the immediate area reserved for local residents. The nearest parking is the multi-storey car park located on Glenthorne Road. A typical four hour stay costs from £1.60 and the car park is only a 5-10 minute walk from the venue.
The following buses terminate go to the HMV Hammersmith Apollo: 9, 10, 27, 33, 419, 72, H91, 190, 211, 220, 267, 283, 295 and 391.
