Eminem and Muse have been revealed as the final two headliners at this year’s T in the Park.

They will be joined at the event by Kasabian, who had already been confirmed as headliners.

Jay-Z, Biffy Clyro, Empire Of The Sun, The Cribs, Florence And The Machine, The Courteeners and La Roux will also be playing the Scottish festival.

T in the Park takes place between 9th and 11th July.

Tickets will go on sale on Friday at 9am.

Meanwhile, Muse are also headlining this year’s Glastonbury, an occassion which bassist Chris Wolstenholme thinks will be “strange”.

The band last headlined the famous fesitval in 2004, but the event was overshadowed by the death of Wolstenholme’s father backstage.

Speaking to Radio 1, he said: “Last time we played it was the highest and lowest point of our life in terms of the band’s career – it’s going to be very strange going back.”

The show proved to be a significant moment in the group’s development, however.

Wolstenholme adds: “That gig was a defining point in the life of this band.

“When people saw us headline Glastonbury we went in as underdogs and a lot of people were saying, ‘Why are Muse headlining this festival? They’re not a big band’.

“I think a lot of people wanted us to do it and fail and we didn’t. We went out there had the best gig of our lives.

“The band has grown a lot since we played there last time. It is going to be nice to go back but with everything else that happened obviously there are going to be some mixed emotions.”
