Wayne Coyne is hoping to persuade Justin Timberlake to appear in his new film.
The Flaming Lips frontman is currently working on the follow-up to his 2008 effort ‘Christmas On Mars’, which will be shot with friends and family in Oklahoma City.
However, in an interview with the NME, Coyne said: “I’m going to try to get real actors too.
“I’m in the process of begging Justin Timberlake to be part of it; if I’m lucky I’ll be able to wear him down in another year.”
Musically, The Flaming Lips are preparing for the physical release of their cover of Pink Floyd’s iconic album ‘Dark Side of the Moon’.
It has been available to download since December but will be granted a physical release in May.
