What is it?

Rip Curl Boardmasters is a week-long event taking place in and around Newquay in Cornwall mixing up an amazing line-up of live music with the World's biggest names in Surfing, Skating and BMX. Unleashed Festival takes place on a beautiful cliff-top setting above Watergate Bay on Friday and Saturday with headliners Groove Armada and The Pigeon Detectives set to appear alongside an incredible array of top artists. Europe's biggest surf, skate and music festival is expected to draw crowds of over 10,000 between 4th and 10th August and this year sees BBC Radio 1 broadcasting live from the event on their very own stage for the very first time with Chris Moyles live on-air from 4-7pm on Friday.

Where & When?

Rip Curl Boardmasters Unleashed takes place on a cliff-top location overlooking Watergate Bay, Cornwall on Friday 8th and Saturday 9th August. Gates open at 12 midday and the event closes at 11pm each day.
