THIS FESTIVAL HAS BEEN AND GONE

What is it?

Leeds Festival takes place over August Bank Holiday weekend and runs simultaneously with Reading Festival meaning they share the same bill. Held at Bramham Park near Wetherby, Leeds Festival holds over 70,000 fans of rock, indie, punk, alternative, dance and new music that flock to one of the biggest festivals in the UK. The shared bill with Reading Festival means that the biggest names across various music scenes are guaranteed each year, with in excess of 150 acts performing across the three day weekend. If you’re after more than music, there are plenty of comedy and cabaret acts on show and heaps other entertainment, meaning Leeds Festival 2011 will give its patrons a great show to cement it as one the best on the summer festival calendar. Leeds Festival 2011 has Muse and My Chemical Romance as headliners while The Strokes and Pulp will co-headline.
