THIS FESTIVAL HAS BEEN AND GONE

What is it?

Field Day Festival is held in the middle of London’s East End and is a one day event. There is a definite Village Fete feel about Field Day with traditional summer events such as sack-racing and tombola to give it a distinctive atmosphere. There may not be the usual big name acts you would associate with festivals; however quality is high on the agenda so you can expect to be delighted by the musical sounds coming out of Field Day 2011. Whilst the genres that are played are various, Field Day is predominantly an alternative rock festival and 2011 will be its fifth year.
