THIS FESTIVAL HAS BEEN AND GONE

What is it?

The Camden Crawl kicks starts the festival season in the UK and quite nicely too, as it's unlike the typical festival! Its claim to be one of the biggest and most diverse festivals is unquestionable as there isn’t just music on offer – there is comedy, theatre, film, spoken word, games and many more events to keep people entertained. Camden Crawl's 10th birthday last year brought over 250 artists to more than 50 venues – the biggest yet! Established acts and hot new talent will be at Camden Crawl 2011 to delight fans at various times.

Where & When?

The 2012 Camden Crawl takes place over the bank holiday weekend of 4th – 6th May across Camden Town in North London (NW1). By day, the Camden area becomes a sprawling carnival-style arts festival featuring comedy & spoken word, short film, pop quizzes, busking, acoustic performances, workshops, karaoke, exhibitions and more. By night, the two mile-long stretch of pavement assumes its position as an all-out, live music extravaganza playing host to more than 200 of the best new talents performing across the area’s close knit venues.
