After rejecting the Gills' offer of a new contract, Jarvis moved to Molineux in the summer of 2007 having been named in the PFA Team of the Year.
Injury delayed his debut in the Midlands, but he recovered to make 27 appearances in his first season. The 2008/09 season saw more injuries but he still made a valuable contribution to his side's promotion bid, scoring 3 goals in 21 starts.
