Karl Henry
Position: Midfield
Height: 6'0
Weight: 11st 4lbs
Date of Birth: 1982-11-26 Wolverhampton, England

Born in Wolverhampton, Henry returned to his hometown club in the summer of 2006 when they agreed to pay former employers Stoke City £100,000 compensation through tribunal after his contract expired at the Potters.
Beginning his career at the Britannia Stadium, the slender midfield man played 120 games before coach Johan Boskamp announced that his contract would not be renewed. Although offered a new deal when Tony Pulis replaced Boskamp in the hot-seat, Henry preferred instead to take up the option of signing on at Molineux.
His decision has been justified too as he captained Wolves to promotion in the 2008/09 season, playing 42 of the 46 matches. His progress was rewarded in May 2009 when he signed a new four-year contract which keeps him a Molineux until 2013.
