Olivier Kapo

Having been born in Ivory Coast, Olivier Kapo is a French international midfielder who started his career with Auxerre before signing for Italian giants Juventus in 2004. He spent most of 2005/06 on loan at Monaco and the following season at Levante, before joining Birmingham City in June 2007.

Kapo started his first season in England very impressively, scoring on his debut against Chelsea, but his form fluctuated across the campaign, particularly after the departure of Steve Bruce.

In July 2008, following Birmingham's relegation, he was reunited with Bruce at Wigan Athletic.
