A product of the West Ham youth academy, Junior Stanislas has been with the Hammers since the year 2000.
He impressed during a loan at Southend in the first half of the 2008/09 season and his fine form was recognised by Gianfranco Zola in the second part of the campaign.
He made his debut coming on as a substitute in a league game against West Brom in March 2009, before scoring on his first start for the club a few weeks later.
Stanislas has represented England at U20 and U19 levels.
