Jan Lastuvka

Czech goalkeeper Jan Lastuvka joined Fulham on loan in the August 2006 transfer window from Shaktar Donetsk.

He made eleven appearance in the 2006/07 season, but these came when first choice keeper Antti Niemi was injured and he was allowed to go back to Donetsk at the end of the campaign.

He was again loaned out, this time to VfL Bochum, in 2007/08, but he once again failed to impress enough to get a permanent deal.

In August 2008, he returned to England by signing for West Ham United on loan, and he will be aiming to impress Alan Curbishley enough in 2008/09 to secure that elusive permanent transfer.
