Ishmael Miller

Young striker and winger Ishmael Miller proved to be a key figure in the Manchester City reserve set-up in 2005/06 and made his first team debut as a substitute against Wigan Athletic in March 2006.

This steady progress continued into 2006/07 as he made significant inroads into the first team.

However, most of his performances came as a substitute and in 2007 he was sent out on loan to West Bromwich Albion.

An impressive first half-season at the Hawthornes led to Baggies boss Tony Mowbray signing him permanently in January 2008 and he will be looking to show City what they are missing in 2008/09.
