Belgian superstar Eden Hazard wants to move to the Premier League this summer – and will choose between Manchester City and Chelsea.
The Lille forward has decided to knock back Arsenal’s interest, while Manchester United are not ready to meet the £30million-plus price tag.
Although Real Madrid are also still in the picture, it looks set to be a scrap between City and Chelsea as Hazard feels the English game suits his style of play best .
City manager Roberto Mancini has reportedly confirmed his interest in Hazard, one of the hottest prospects in Europe.

Andre-Pierre Gignac claims he turned down a move to Everton during the transfer window, and insists he would only consider leaving Marseille for a club like Manchester United.
The French striker, who has previously been linked to Fulham and Newcastle, faced an uncertain future throughout January with l’OM after failing out of favour with boss Didier Deschamps.
However, despite reports in France that Marseille offered Gignac the chance to sign for the Toffees, the 26-year-old insists he would prefer to wait for a title-challenging outfit to come calling, rather than move to Goodison Park.
‘Everton is a top club in England but for me Marseille is bigger and more attractive,’ Gignac told skysports.com.

Luis Suarez has emerged as a surprise transfer target for Juventus.
The Italian giants want Luis Suarez to replace veteran striker Alessandro Del Piero, who will leave the club in the summer.
The disgraced Liverpool striker is serving an eight-game ban after being found guilty of racially abusing the Manchester United defender at Anfield in October.
The £30m-rated star has been told to expect constant abuse from rival fans when he returns from his suspension.

Carlos Tevez may yet get the move away from Manchester City he craves, because the Russian transfer window is still wide open.
Sources close to the AWOL striker suggest his representatives are now pursuing the possibility of a deal involving a Russian club, to get him playing again before the summer.
Wealthy FC Anzhi have money to burn as they are backed as they are by oil-industry millions, and Tevez’s agent will hold talks over the possibility of a move.
The Russian league’s transfer window doesn’t close until February 24, and Anzhi are ready to test the market in England in pursuit of some glamorous signings to join the likes of Samuel Eto’o and Roberto Carlos.
