Ronaldo is still hoping he can secure a move to Manchester City. The former AC Milan star, who is currently injured, has been linked to the Eastlands side in recent weeks, and as he is without a club at the moment he would be able to move despite the transfer window not being open. City themseles have played the talk down, but the player has said: “I have spoken to Manchester City and I know the opportunity will come once I have recovered [from injury]. But I will also like to consider Flamengo. It is my dream to play for them and I will consider all my options once I feel I have recovered.”

David Moyes attempted to bring the Fulham midfielder to Goodison Park in the summer, but failed to do so. Instead, he will offer the Cottagers £4million for the player in the new year as he bids to bolster his squad. Bullard joined Fulham from Wigan two years ago, but has struggled with injury during his time in London.
