Danny Collins

Danny Collins started out as a midfielder at Chester City, but was successfully converted into a centre-half by Mark Wright and was key to his local club's Conference title in 2004.

In August of that year, he was snapped up by Sunderland and made six starts for them in the Championship.

He has since played a big part in both their recent promotions to the Premier League and will be looking to help his side stay in the top flight in the 07/08 season.
