Demar Phillips signed for Stoke City from Jamaican club Waterhouse in 2007 after receiving a glowing reference from countryman and team-mate Ricardo Fuller.
He still has to prove his worth to manager Tony Pulis, but as he is a regular in the Jamaican national team he is certainly one to watch.
