Scott Golbourne

Scott Golbourne is a promising England youth defender who signed for Reading in January 2006.

He rose through the youth ranks at his hometown club Bristol City and was a regular in the 2005/06 season, until he moved half-way through.

Injury meant he could make no more than one appearance for the Royals at the end of that campaign.

He spent the 2006/07 season on loan at Wycombe Wanderers where he gained invaluable experience. He will be hoping to break into Steve Coppell's plans in 2007/08.
