Adam Federici

Adam Federici is a young Australian goalkeeper who signed for Reading on a permanent basis in January 2005.

He began his career in Australia and had a brief trial with Bolton before moving to Wolves on a non-contract basis in the 2002/03 season.

However, that didn't work out and soon he moved to Italy to play for Serie C1 side Sardenga, before returning to England, playing for Leeds.

He joined Reading on a trial basis in December 2004 and signed full terms in the summer of 2005.

He played seven games in 2006/07 and provides reliable back up for Marcus Hahnemann.
