Asmir Begovic is a young Yugoslavian goalkeeper who rose through the youth team ranks at Portsmouth.

He moved up to the senior team in 2005, but had to wait until May 2009 to make his first appearance.

He has enjoyed loan spells at La Louviere, Macclesfield Town, Bournemouth and Yeovil.
