Peter Halmosi

Hungarian left-winger Peter Halmosi grew up in Szombathely and rose up through the youth ranks of local club Szombathelyi Haladas, making over 100 appearances for them before moving to Grazer AK in 2002. A year later he returned to Hungary to sign for Debreceni.

In January 2007 he moved on loan to Plymouth Argyle and made the move permanent at the end of the season after a series of sparkling performances. He impressed again in 2007/08 and in July 2008 made the step up to the Premier League by signing for Hull City.

His first season at the club was a moderate success as he played 24 games and scored one goal.
