Chris Burke

Chris Burke is a product of the Rangers youth academy and made his debut during the 2001/02 season, scoring Gers' fifth goal in the 5-0 victory over Kilmarnock in March.

He is a pacy midfielder, widely regarded as one of Rangers' best young talents, and has the potential to do great things.

He has shown exceptional ability in the past although has sometimes struggles with consistency. Still, he was promoted to the first team squad during the 2003/04 season and Alex McLeish has not looked back, with Burke becoming a regular in both the Rangers and Scotland teams.

He is now an integral player for the Gers' future.
